Peerles construction is a very fast paced company. The owner is strict but good to work for. There is no overtime but they work on hold hours. Which means every hour over 40 goes in the bank and if you can not work do to rain or sickness or vacation you have time in the. And where you can still get paid.

laying block, learned some valuable management skills, good co-workers but language barriers caused some barriers, not greatly impressed with management due to what i saw as lack of communication, hardest part is the physical nature of the job, most enjoyable part is the fact that I really know masonry and enjoy the building aspect and quality of my work.
