What do employees say about Pei Wei Asian Kitchen's culture and work-life balance?

I would begin and end my day in the kitchen. I learned a lot of patients working with other peoples food. One of the two managers was not management material. My co-workers were great people and they are what I enjoyed most about Pei Wei.
