DO Not Waste Your Time
Driver/Operator (Former Employee) –  LouisianaApril 5, 2018
Very horrible management. Good employees are always overworked and under appreciated. This company has no respect in regards to your family time but always feel as if you should be available whenever they call. They will try to threaten you with being fired when you can't work on your Off day. Please do not Waste your time with this company. They are a joke!!

Cashier (Former Employee) –  Bossier City, LANovember 7, 2017
Pel State management is horrible at the time I worked there. They were uncaring and didn't motivate the employees to come to work or try to stay as an employee with the company. I seen many leave and never return due to managment

Transport Driver (Current Employee) –  Midland, TXFebruary 7, 2017
Lots of hours and decent pay. Needs in my opinion a bit of better management in west Texas. The work culture is nice and the drivers here are friendly

Horrible place to work.
Administrator (Current Employee) –  Shreveport, LAJanuary 18, 2017
This place is very unorganized. They do not appreciate their employees ESPECIALLY the female employees. You will be given two and three jobs to do for the same compensation as one. It is a stressful environment with no incentives and you will never receive a pat on the back or extra compensation. They start out at higher wages than their competitors and then you will never receive another raise. There are people here that have been here years and never received a raise. Horrible place to work and has really gone downhill in the last year and a half. Keep looking. You will regret coming to work for them.

Don't waste your time with this company
Administrative (Former Employee) –  Shreveport, LADecember 9, 2016
This company has been in a downward spiral for quite some time now. The higher ups have no respect for their employees or their positions/duties. And if you won't bow down to them, you are outta there! It is a very unstructured company. If you are looking for a place where your work is appreciated, you are respected, and you are well compensated....don't waste your time.
