Hard to trust the leaders who are all new, laying people off, restructuring, etc. It’s a scary time to work at Peloton. They’re starting to force everyone to come back into the NYC office 3 days a week which is hilarious because most of their new executives are fully and permanently remote living in different time zones.

Pay and hours were adequate but management clearly did not know what they were doing and often times the workers were left to deal with the aftermath.

Great culture, Nice environment. Did a good job of helping us if there were any issues customers or equipment. worked with some good people.. lots of overtime.

leadership doesn't care about the employees. there are some weeks you will only get 10-20 hours. if you took a bathroom break, leadership would ask what took you so long. god forbid if you took your 15 min break. always Micromanaging all of the teams.

Pros: great culture prior to 2022, loved the people I worked with it made all the difference. Cons: management is awful and micromanaged, miscommunication across all levels, favoritism.
