Best work environment and management

I have been here for almost 3 years. Pemi-Baker Hospice and Home Health harbors an amazing, supportive and kind team and environment. We are patient centered, genuinely care for our peers, clients & familes and serve our local community. I've never worked anywhere else where I was so valued, heard and able to make a difference in the lives of others. 5 stars for Pemi-Baker!

Compassionate, supportive environment

I have worked here for 3 1/2 years and have not had a single day that I did not look forward to going to work. Management is continuously trying to find ways to improve work-life balance, checking on employees welfare, listening to employees concerns.

Team approach.

Management is always working to improve processes that enable staff to be more efficient and cost effective. Managers help with patient care when field staff calls out or are on vacation.

Overall a great place to work

Pay is comparable. Some have an opportunity to move up in the company. Pemi Baker is amazing for the community. Employees enjoy their jobs and everyone gives 100% to their work and remain positive and supportive of each other.
