I have no advice. I would request someone to carry your caseload when you are off. I would ask for a contract to not be held liable if staff do not follow the recommendations you make for follow up for your clients. You are not their supervisor and they are not required to listen to your recommendations. This puts the nurse at risk with board of nursing.
