None of those answers are true. If you start out as a regular crew member you get a raise everytime you complete each section of a training book (super easy) and there's 3 sections. Once you complete the whole book you will more then likely become a team leader and thats another raise. It's very easy to get raises you just have to show that you're a hard worker.

Pay raises are very rare with PS. Most people only receive a $0.25 to $0.50 pay raise after earning a general assistant manager position - which is not enough for the amount of work they are to do.
