Get everyone be responsible even yourself. Scale down your business and stop compare with amazon. The company is not ready to go to digital yet. You don’t have a players. Soon pheaa will get a name chance and be bought by a private company. Too many middle players to collect the pay and doing a monitor job instead be productive. Pheaa can’t not compete with a smaller company because they have one product and good at it. Pheaa is jack of all trace. Too much overhead cost and none of the product is stand out.

You build vaction time and sick time rapidly after working 720 hours, if you are in the call center it is easy to obtain 720 hours if you are in the call center because of the mandatory overtime, the amount of time you obtain with each pay period depends on how many hours you worked. Getting to use the time is hard to do because they do not approve you time. If they do you will only get some of your days approved if any which defeat the purpose of requesting the time off.
