Loan Officer (Former Employee) – Kansas City, MO – June 22, 2018
The very first day I started I was handed a new contract different than the one I had signed a week ago. IT felt like bate and switch except for the people on the floor with me told me it was normal there. In my first year, there were 5 pay changes and none for the better. I will say that I still made good money. The company is very micromanaged and you have no freedom.
Default Specialist II (Former Employee) – Ft. Worth, TX – June 13, 2018
I was a default specialist for bankruptcy and the culture was either you produce 100% clean work out you will get written up. Management only look at numbers and not the work load the employees handle every day.
Cafeteria/ friendly people
No pay increases, no oom for little errors, no career advancement.
Manager (Current Employee) – Fort Worth, TX – June 1, 2018
Seasoned veterans run the company. The company culture is good, but they do not offer competitive time off. The days are fast paced and the company runs lean, but more time off is needed for the betterment of the company and all of its employees.
Customer Advisor (Current Employee) – Fort Worth, TX – May 23, 2018
Management work hard at keeping the office on a upbeat scale. On a daily supervisors keep you informed of changes and make sure any concerns are addressed. I truly enjoy the environment is enjoyable. The difficult part for me are the customers that can't be satisfied.
Servicing (Former Employee) – Moorpark, CA – May 11, 2018
They work you and make false promises saying “you own your career”, “we’re just not promoting right now” “the company took a loss”, etc. Raises and promos don’t happen unless you’re a favorite and/or if you’re related to someone that is in management. They string you along and work you like a dog until you’re burned out. They’re very cheap, and their benefits suck!
Benefits aren’t good and they don’t pay their people what they’re worth.
