PCHC offers high quality of care to patients and the community and truly cares and works hard to offer resources to individuals in all areas and walks of life and for this they are amazing.

The pay was excellent but not worth my mental health. Certain coworkers were allowed to bully regardless of whether or not they were your supervisor. There was a big management and direct provider split, and if you ever brought that up or made suggestions it fell on deaf ears. A lot of gaslighting.
