BECOME MORE INVOLVED. There are so many HR nightmares occurring on your Chandler, AZ campus on a daily basis that it's borderline illegal. A huge hostile work environment. The entire Chandler campus should be restaffed. All of the "behind the scenes" departments, such as scheduling, are so poorly managed it is a joke. No wonder Penske's turn over rate it so high!

You will not have a life! Excessive hours. Payplans are designed for the company to generate excessive cash and screw you in the end, PAG is a good place to learn THEN leave as fast as you can.

Took me exactly 10 days to be given an official decision with my drug test and background check onto my orientation. Three interviews from within a week, to interview the following first Monday. Met with both sales manager and then the GM. Got my official offer letter on the 6th day to start my background check the same day and did my drug test on the 7th day.
