It’s a routine dedicated run that I perform. I’ve been working with a company for three years and have not received a raise. The benefits are decent. They are very flexible with time off. Otherwise, it’s a decent job

What is the best part of working at the company?I do may route every night have no one on me as long as I get it done I come and go as I please.. good money just long hours and sometimes no communication but I would recommend the job stayed pay just night hours but the people in the warehouse are cool and the routes long at times but it’s stable and steady money.. that’s the biggest plus no counting hours or pennies same money every night big plus…..What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Night work and deal with 95 every night just constant road work every night What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It’s good just do your job and don’t mess up and they never bother you…What is a typical day like for you at the company?I come in wait for a shuttle guy to bring me my route unloaded the merchandise for another routes then my merchandise is blocked off and I leave and do my route and done it’s a lot of labor but if you are a worker it’s easy not just sitting on your bumping a dock

Penske logistics has a Horrible culture don’t go here management is a joke don’t be a driver bad equipment and no care for safety at all I highly don’t recommend this place

There were great times and there were terrible times. If the company was not doing well support would become nonexistent and all employees were potential scapegoats.
