this was a job that I had right after I came home from college. it was just a side job that I did with my dad until I earned enough to pay for my own place and car
Management is still stuck in old school ideas and patterns. resistant to change and improvement. Great for someone with multifamily experience but not much else.

Pentalon Construction treated me great. I was put into great positions to further my skills as a construction manager.
I was paid fairly and would work there again if given the opportunity.

Professional office environment, good caliber employees, structured work environment with limited opportunity for internal promotion.
Love the environment. Get it done mentality without micromanaging.
Great group of people to work with. Luck to have such a welcoming helpful environment.
Spend help end to much time trying to get help from management.... Can't get much done without help....In there office...All good subs.....Getting the job done....The very very END
