For the Senior Respite Supervisor position, I was screened over the phone and asked to come into the Rochester office for an interview. After my interview was completed, I was contacted by HR in Buffalo to schedule a second interview and possible job offer. My second interview was conducted in the Buffalo office where I completed paperwork for drug testing, fingerprinting and a background check. I was scheduled to complete fingerprints the next day and a drug screening within (3) days. The entire process from phone screening to the completion of the background check took a total of (3) weeks. I began training the following week in Buffalo Monday-Friday from 8:30-4:00. Mileage is paid at .49 cents per mile included in your first paycheck. I must note training locations vary and there is one training per month in the Rochester office if there are at least (5) new hires. If not, Buffalo or Hamburg is where you would attend training. I hope this helps!

I applied to intern first. did the 6 month internship then was immediately offered a job part time. I started training about a week or two later which lasted about two weeks . then went on to work in a group home. I worked part time for a few months then had availability at my site for a full time position.
