Family run business for over 100 years; friendly; close-knit

I began my job 7 months after my son was born. The management was aware of this and let me know that family comes first. Extreme Lack of Communication/Knowledge of Expectations

The atmosphere for me was at first welcoming and fun, however, I began noticing the lack of clarity and communication early on.
