Pepperjam had a corrupt and incompetent C-Suite before the arrival of the current CEO which created a culture of uncertainty, lack of transparency and direction. The company has seemingly turned around.

Great place to work and grow as a marketing professional. To compete in today’s complex digital marketing landscape, you need a simplified means to diversify your approach. You need an intuitive technology solution to discover, engage and convert high-value customers and a partner with the experience to drive connections that create commerce.

The company used to be better. Thing at Pepperjam are very uncertain at this point. Multiple layoffs. No clear direction from the management team. Everyone is leaving.

I worked with this company for a year. They offered okay benefits but not great. No Holiday bonuses or profit sharing. The leadership was lacking and didn't respond to feedback.
