Go to different locations and departments to see how well they are actually running, and see how the employees are working. I would than clean house and management in all of the jacked up areas in Pepsi. It's really bad here....

I believe giving incentives to hard working employee's gives a boost to morale. I do understand that we have a job, but giving a little extra shows your employee's that you care about their hard work and dedication to the company. But as CEO it's nice to get a small bonus for all of your hard work especially for those who above and beyond expectations.
