They make do a test that involves merchandising two liters of soda on a rack. Before the rest you have to watch a video about merchandising, the company and safety. You have to do the test in 15 mins or less. Then if you completely it in time they will give you a sit down interview. The basically ask questions about past job experiences and scenarios. In my opinion it wasn’t bad. But I also got hired.

Yes they do hire felons but, you will have to prove rehabilitation. It also helps if a few years has past since your last offense.
