Train and hire people from within the company for certain positions. For example, if an employee has a cdl permit. Train that employee to drive trucks to make deliveries instead of hiring external.

The management at the warehouses are horrible.I would consider hiring qualified people for the management positions. You have employees riding around on forklifts all day not working while others have to pick up the slick. Not fair!

Hire less merchandisers. Offer them full-time sooner. Keep them in their communities or less than 15 miles away. Keep them in the same stores to better track accountability.
