quit with the side load trailers and get every terminal operating on the geo system. the miss loading of the side load trailers causes to many injuries and no one seems to have the desire to fix the issues.
Pay employees at least time and a half on worked holidays!!
There is no benefit for having to actually work on a holiday...
I believe giving incentives to hard working employee's gives a boost to morale. I do understand that we have a job, but giving a little extra shows your employee's that you care about their hard work and dedication to the company. But as CEO it's nice to get a small bonus for all of your hard work especially for those who above and beyond expectations.
Keep your job. And give fair for your job.
Sometimes a product you produce is worth taking in. Sometimes sugar ain't bad. Oops. Which is better.
I wish they pay different for each job code and give employee more opportunity to grow and to have a career.
Have employee staff meetings so everyone can be on the same page!!
