As far as I can remember, Per Mar security was one of the worst managed places. I lost my job due to the contract being sold and was told there was no place for me. I filed for unemployment and was shortly thereafter denied because Per-Mar claimed they didn't fire me. After speaking with a judge with Per-Mar, they offered me another job and all was - more... settled.
I worked for a place that had no senior security officer/manager there. One guard per shift, which was fine. There was CCTV camera work involved and basically checking bags of the people who worked at the facility. The compensation wasn't ... - less
