What is the best part of working at the company?I have worked with a number of employment agencies over the years, and I have to say, Per Se goes above and beyond when it comes to supporting their hires during and after the assignment. They are are very hands-on and available. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Honestly, I experienced no stress working with them.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?The culture I encountered was very caring and supportive.What is a typical day like for you at the company?N/A. Excellent place to work including environment

Good projects...not to involved...covid issues

Pretty much hands off as this was a technical high voltage project that staff weren't familiar with. The were also ground issues and feral shrimp protected spices.

This is my first project with Per Se', they have been a good company to work with. I haven't had the issues with them like I have had elsewhere. Big example of being paid on time.

From first contact to completion of job. The Per Se staff supported the team and were always ready to help in any way they could. If something needed to be answered from one of my team I knew I would always be able to get the answer quickly.

Great place to work!

In staffing there's plenty of miserable places to work - this isn't one of them. Healthy respect for work life balance, relationship based approach to management and recruiting instead of transnational like a lot of other places. Having worked for some lousy employers in the past it feels good to actually like working where I work!
