They no longer have sick leave so you get 2 weeks pto and all vacation comes out of that as well as sick days.

1 day to apply for the job. 1 day to setup a phone interview. Phone interview is done in a group setting with Q&A. Will ask the candidate to complete a 500 word cover letter. They contact you for in person interview. Then the waiting period of two to 4 weeks with a reply letter.

Hire more females and other minorities. Every person has a different perspective in how to solve a problem. I find that different cultures and backgrounds really allow for a streamlined approach to unique problems. It can't be a one size fits all type of answer. The projects done at Peraton are ever changing and often we are answering questions that have never been asked before. Peraton would benefit from hiring employees who are unconventional and think outside the box.
