Unprofessional staff, low pay and management is terrible!

They have poor management! We had a Director that was great she supported staff, taught us a lot and promoted from within. She moved and we ended up with a person who accused people of everything and she never leaves her office. Good staff don't stay!

I like work with senior talk to them they lift me up. Because I have a mom still living and she in ga. She still right mine. Love work in senior living because I add a housekeeper aides I work back in 1983 until 1987. I got me another job.
