So many culture problems.
Manager (Former Employee) –  ArizonaJuly 22, 2018
Too numerous to list. Management needs to realize that patients pay their salary. Hard sell tactics for the patients- and making them call Perfect teeth a scam. Do not believe upper management, they omit details and lie.
Pros
Good benefits
Cons
Too many to list.

Dental Assistant (Former Employee) –  Aurora, COJune 25, 2018
Lack of support from management and poor control. They want you to basically spend for life at work and have no outside life. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Good luck if you’re hired
Operations Manager (Former Employee) –  Peoria, AZJune 1, 2018
Worked here for a couple years. The regional director, Barb, one of the most evil, conniving, mean and a straight liar. She is a firing machine and does not care about you as a person. She will put on her selling hat and sell you on her lies just so her unethical actions are justified in her head. She doesn’t keep her promises. I’ve seen her fire the most honest, hardworking, all about the patients, and just good people at the drop of a hat. One day she is pleasant or at least human, next you know she has it out for you. And she will manipulate a situation or persons on how firing you will fix the problem. Good luck on any training from her. This is her first regional position so I’m sure she is still learning but why have someone like this still employed? Doctors, managers, office personnel are gone because of her. Barb, How do you sleep at night? You don’t believe in God so are the stars keeping an eye out for you?

Dental Assistant/EDDA (Former Employee) –  Boulder, COMay 13, 2018
management sucks and so do all the drs. All drs have a snobby attitude and are very unprofessional. the whole company tries pushing unnecessary treatment on patients and when treatment is declined, patient care is gone.

Stay away from corporate dental offices
Dental Assistant (Former Employee) –  Goodyear, AZMay 3, 2018
poor dentistry far from conservative, they see you as any other employee they can and will easily replace if you're someone with values and all their patients as dollar signs. Only way people survive here is by throwing other people under the bus and working dirty.

Stressful Workplace focused on the money
PATIENT COORDINATOR (Current Employee) –  ColoradoApril 20, 2018
I came from a background in general medicine, and this company seems to view patients as bags of money more than patients. Patients are constantly rescheduled in order to meet the dentist's financial goals, not based on the patients' needs.

Office Manager (Former Employee) –  Denver, COApril 2, 2018
The co-workers were friendly and some of the regionals were very helpful. The hardest part of the job was the constant turnover and lack of training of staff.
Pros
some regionals were very helpful
Cons

Pediatric Dental Assistant (Former Employee) –  Arvada, CO 80003March 21, 2018
A typical day at Perfect teeth was setting up the two rooms for the pediatric side of the office, Unloading and loading the autoclave, and taking patients for hygiene appointments.
Pros
We were not very busy, but were able to leave if there was no work to be done.
Cons
Not very busy usually, cranky assistants

Don't Care About Employees
PATIENT COORDINATOR (Current Employee) –  Denver, COMarch 12, 2018
The bottom line is, the Perfect Teeth corporate office doesn't seem to care at all about the employees. Everyone is replaceable, so why pay them a living wage?

everything else

Good place to start those new to dental
Hygiene Assistant (Former Employee) –  Fort Collins, COMarch 11, 2018
Perfect Teeth was a great place for me to "get my foot in the door" of the dental world. While I came in with some basic knowledge, I received quite a bit of on the job training. The office is extremely fast-paced, so I needed to learn quickly. The staff was friendly, but being a corporate office, management was very concerned with "the numbers". There also aren't many opportunities for a raise. Overall, I enjoyed my time there, but the job required more from me than I was prepared to give.

Patient Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Denver, COFebruary 6, 2018
Management was not always kind to the employees who deserved it. Gave positions that were not deserved and overlooked the individuals that genuinely wanted to move up and better themselves.

Hygiene Assistant/ Dental Assistant (Former Employee) –  Littleton, COJanuary 22, 2018
overall its a great company to work for. Every workplace has its ups and downs. There's a lot of growth that you can get with this company. Different rules and regulations from a private company, compare to corporate world
Pros
benefits, pto, EDDA program training, continuing ed

Awesome place to start your career and gain experience!
Dental Assistant (Current Employee) –  Brighton, COJanuary 12, 2018
Perfect Teeth has given me the opportunity to gain experience in my new path in life although it hasn’t been enough to live a quality life. The EDDA program they offer after a year of being with the company is great! Although a year in a low pay job is a bit difficult to stick around with. Would recommend perfect Teeth as a start!
Pros
Offer the EDDA program
Cons
Low pay rate for assistants

Worst company
n/a (Former Employee) –  Aurora, COOctober 25, 2017
This company does not care about it's employees and gets rid of all the good ones. I would never recommend someone to work for this company. It bothers me because the only people they don't seem to lay off or fire are those who are either in the corporate office and/or those who are not of color. I hate to sound like this but they definitely are not a good company based on these listed above and the turnover ratio.

Don’t care about employees just money
RDH (Former Employee) –  ColoradoOctober 22, 2017
This company has its eye on production and nothing else, they claim they want patients treated with gold standards but that’s definitely not the case. They don’t value great employees that go above and beyond, everyone is replaceable. Beware if you are interested in applying.
