Great co workers, company seems to be always involved in a fire drill. Little training provided, and stress level can be high. Limited opportunities for advancement.

Constantly Changing Priorities
Sales (Current Employee) - Little Rock, AR - March 19, 2023
For many years this organization focused on three products. Now it is six and counting. Company is trying to recover lost revenue from past ATT contract. As a result there are constantly changing and unrealistic quotas and demands. Middle management has been in place for years, and holds everyone accountable except themselves. Any constructive feedback provided that does not match their narrative will be rejected as out of hand, and you'll be on their radar.
Pros
Coworkers
Cons
Management only listens to those above, not below.

Productive and a new experience for me.
Steel Fabricator (Current Employee) - Denver, CO - February 15, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? The hours and the pay and for the most part the people. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? When there is no work, and we just have to find things to do. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? All I know is that we need heat in the warehouse, and the culture is pretty diverse for the most part.

Great people to work with, lots of travel.
Territory Sales Manager (Former Employee) - Little Rock, AR - January 28, 2023
If you don’t like to travel I would No recommend traveling 90% of the time, pay is descent and monthly bonus. Culture was great and inviting. Numbers are everything.

Good ole boy network.
Strategic Account Manager (Former Employee) - Little Rock AR - November 27, 2022
Directors hire friends and give them better territories than people who have been there and earned it. Upper management loves young women regardless of their qualifications.

Low pay
Technician (Former Employee) - Houston, TX - August 18, 2022
Not a good place to work. Very low pay and you have to work on Saturdays. It’s hard to get a raise here and hard to take days off. No paid vacation or holiday, they only offered part time positions so you won’t get any benefits.

Human Resources Generalist (Current Employee) - Little Rock, AR - April 25, 2022
I love the people I work with on a daily basis. They are the kind of people I can depend on, so it makes it easy to go to them when I need something.

No Culture
Work Experience Regional Manager Field Operations (Former Employee) - Little Rock, AR - April 25, 2022
Managers think very highly of themselves, but not so much for their charges. You learn very quickly that it's a dictatorship. Hours are great and so was the wage. The culture made both insignificant. Management believes in intimidation over development.

Long houre, heavy work, bad people
Picker/Packer (Current Employee) - Harrisburg, PA - March 20, 2021
Depending on the day of the week you will be doing something different. But, if its your turn to do hard work you're stuck there all day and maybe the next day. Everyone gets one easy day per week. Followed by 3 to 5 hard ones. Then there's the people constantly arguing and making it a pain to work there while management does not do anything to fix this other than just "hey, stop, let's get along". Seems like if you show up every day and put in the work you are allowed to do and say what you want to anyone without losing your job.
Pros
Sometimes work alone
Cons
wotking near people

Not the family they claim to be
Account Representative (Former Employee) - Little Rock, AR - January 17, 2021
PV does one thing very well, hold meetings. Basically the entire company exists to sell DIrect TV franchises and ATT products, it’s a corporate middle-man. The entire premise began from modifying and repackaging the designs of other companies. Now they push franchise opportunities for outdated entertainment services. They talk a LOT about the importance of their employees but don’t actually follow through. The pay and benefits are decent, except they change insurance providers every 6 months. This is NOT the place for a long term career. The staff is largely incompetent, the management irresponsible, and most people are only there because they’re near retirement and don’t want to change careers so late in life. The company is struggling to remain relevant and it’s not a good environment if you’re serious about wanting job security.
Pros
Decent pay, benefits
Cons
Poor management; failing business; constant misinformation

If your white, youll fit right in.
Sales Representative and Director (Former Employee) - Little Rock, AR - September 23, 2020
Perfect Vision could of been a great place to work, except for the "southern good ol boy" mentality of ALL its management. If your a person of any other color except white, they will hire you ( kinda have to due to largest contracts with Multinational Companies) but will never ever make you feel welcome. They will "accept" you until they don't need you, or had a bad sales month. Compensation - normal practice is to change bonus structure in middle of bonus period. Most management here never even finished college, some came from other companies they ran into the ground. Long live the South.
Pros
Good exposure and pretty much left alone
Cons
Good ol boy culture

Great Place to work
Senior Business Operations Analyst (Technology and Business Operations) (Former Employee) - Little Rock, AR - April 13, 2020
This company is a large company that feels like working for a small company. There is daily interaction with executives and monthly meetings with the CEO providing details on how the company is doing and the direction it's headed.

Family oriented culture
AT&T Recruiter (Current Employee) - Little Rock, AR - March 5, 2020
The workplace does feel like a family itself with true servant type leadership as well. They also actively encourage and support putting your family first.
