Fun work environment and management with very stressful technicians to oversee.

A typical day at work would include a ton of laughs, gaining great friendships, and many stressful periods throughout my shift. The office management and coworkers are wonderful to work with, however many of the technicians I dispatched for were very unprofessional, unorganized, and did not do their jobs in a timely manner. There were a select few techs - more ... that were a joy to work with, would get their work done quickly and were happy to pick up more work to help other techs move through their route. ProsLenient management, Fun coworkers, Great pay, Occassional free lunch, hour long lunches with two 10 minute smoke breaks, small office in a huge warehouse to walk around when stress builds, loving and close group of people who make you feel welcome from day one.
ConsWorking with TWC representatives, no set end time for closing shift, no constant schedules (every week you will have a different shift schedule), occassionally work holidays, technicians are a drag to work with.
