The jobs are fast-paced, but that’s not the issue. They have no control over their clients. They let their clients run them and implement changes that ultimately fall on you to complete without shifting the dates. They over promise and you don’t get paid over time for the extra 20-30 hours you may end up having to work that week to make things happen.

Will Recruit You to feel imprisoned in your own home

Unrealistic hours and workloads. Staff preach teamwork, but you will be the only "new" team member doing all the work. Good luck if you last past 2 months. Business processes are horrible and designed by young kids. Co-workers are great because they are in the same pickle. Run Far away!

Nice people, comfortable office to work in but pace is exhausting and exempt staff are expected to work regular 60-70 hours a week without extra compensation. No understanding of evening or weekend boundaries.

This is a good company to work with to gain new skills. Because they are small you get to try new things and are given opportunities to grow through interesting, challenging work. They are a growing company but that can mean ups and downs with client work. Job security is not great. The management is open about the status of the company and is putting a strong effort into communication with the employees. The employees are smart, interesting, and nice people to work with.

The company provides a variety of different projects to work on. Very little support from management when dealing with client relations and project restrictions.

When it is busy, you will be asked to work well over 40 hours a week and you will be promised benefits and compensation that you may never get.
