Fast paced, labor intensive and poor employee morale.

I personally enjoyed the physical part of the job but the training process and program for new employees needs work. Safety and PPE was not important other than a video(s) you watch during orientation. Proper training needs to be implemented into the new hire process. Employee morale was extremely low. Turnover rate is High!
ProsPhysically demanding job. Pay and a sandwich sometimes. Be prepared to work.
ConsUnloading a 28'-48' trailer case by case by hand. Solid labor!
