Ever wonder why they have jobs posted ALL the time?

(1) Company has no respect for their employees, therefore the work environment is toxic and employee turnover is very high.
(2) Owners treat employees as preys (the "vulture" dressing style is not even surprising).
(3) Owners don't seem to understand very well the business, and expect employees to perform miracles with little to no investment on their part.
(4) Cut-throat culture where high hierarchy throws anyone under the bus to cover-up their lack of knowledge and blame others for their poor performances.
(5) Ideas are not appreciated, and suggestions are discouraged. Unless you happen to think exactly like the CEO (which surprisingly all the senior employees do!), you are expected (and advised) to keep quiet.
If someone asks you during the interview "How bad do you want this job?" run as fast as you can. This person (a.k.a. the Vulture) is just studying best ways to take the most advantage of you for the lowest possible pay.

Step right up folks! This show of clowns running a resort isn’t free as mold build ups and leaky roofs will cause you to hate your job. Tell mama gene that about it and they sweep it under the rug even though angry guest leave the truthful reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp. This location is slowly sinking under the leadership of the current manager and turn over rate has increased by 67%. Point blank DO NOT WORK HERE! You can go to any other resort and feel more pride than the dump that sits in Hotel Plaza Blvd. pay cuts, hours cut, no money for supplies, housekeeping doesn’t even have carts they have to carry the vacuum cleaner around and much more.

With a complete lack of vision, respect, and just overall intelligence, this company has managed to give resorts a bad reputation! Not only do they have no idea how to run a business but they literally treat the employees from hourly to salary like disposable silverware to be used at their convenience then thrown away when no longer needed! It was a very sad, sneeky, undermining work environment that I would never recommend to anyone!

Poor management. About 20 managers short putting extra stress on the current working managers. Micromanaged, horrible staff morale, everyone just talks about how they wanna leave. Old rundown building.

You either work 12-14 hour shifts or go in for 2 hours and get cut. There is no consistency, communication or a manager to be found. I got hired to work in one department but ended up working in a totally different department. Payroll system is completely unorganized & my checks were short over and over and it took months to fix.

Upper Management is not connected to what the issues are and cover them up to the owner. There is micro-manager all time time and because of that other managers do not have time to gets things properly done.

Met some amazing people while working at this hotel. Unfortunately, the lack of work-life balance, deteriorating property, and being micro-managed by power hungry & unprofessional managers were the deciding factors of separating ways with the company. No matter how efficiently and effectively your work ethic is, it won’t matter due to the politics of power trip micro-managers.

People were always quitting because of the lack of leadership that managers displayed.

This company has great ideas and potential but it's micro-managed and this has hindered the job security, progress and overall operations. Very talented and experienced professionals get hired but they get frustrated and leave. This compromises the ability to stabilize operations. They work towards creating a work-life balance culture but this get compromised due to the day to day in-planned situations.
