DEFINITELY better pay(according to shift differecials) and to listen to temps/coworkers when a questionable situation arises and provide a timely answer that provides a safe enviroment for everyone..not just hired employees.definately performance driven raises for both tempsvand hired on personnel.
Pay them a fair wage, and give your drivers 2 days a week off, pay for their benefits, give them safe equipment. Trucks and trailors, call them by their name not their truck #, show them the same respect you want them to give you. Don't talk down to your drivers, give them insentives to stay, let them become owner operators and pay them well.
Provide more hours and higher pay.
