Culture has changed

I worked for Perkins for 16yrs. The Partnership decided to make an Executive Committee a couple of years ago. Now that Committee makes most of the decisions, the overall culture of the firm has changed. More about the bottom dollar than the people. The outsourcing of the Operations Dept. was the biggest change and not handled well at all. Over - more ... all Perkins is still a good place to work and probably still the best Law Firm to work for. It and DT Seattle changed too much for my liking is all. - less
