Typical restaurant job, fast paced and busy.
Very busy work days. Many times you are rushed to get enough product ready but if you need help management always steps in to help or sends someone else to help you. The culture was relaxed other than the busy times with customers which can get stressful. The hardest part of the job was getting everything done before the rush came in and they need the - more... food. The most enjoyable part of the job is as a prep cook you mostly work alone. - less

ConsIf the line needs more portions before you leave you have to stay longer to do them.
