Brand Activation Manager - Chivas Regal (Current Employee) – New York, NY – November 5, 2018
If you're someone who comes from within or making a lateral move with relevant work experience then the transition will be much easier for someone who does not. Terrible on-boarding process, must be a true self starter and on-board yourself.
Financial Business Consultant (Current Employee) – Fort Lauderdale, FL – October 31, 2018
Work life balance is the main challenge at Pernod Ricard, and this is mainly due to management. Most of the times expectations where not realistic and in order to meet them, it required to work long extra hours, making it difficult to have a normal work / life balance.
Corporate Pricing Manager (Former Employee) – New York, NY – August 29, 2018
Pernod is a company that strives to be the best vs its competitors. It is constantly evolving, trying new things and gaining success. The culture is one of conviviality. You work hard and play hard. Alexandre Ricard has a vision for where the company is going and that filters down through the organization in a very positive way. Anyone looking for a dynamic work environment and one that rewards in the longer term should seek to gain employment there. As a multi national organization, there are opportunities to advance to the company's other affiliates if you are inclined to relocate.

Employee (Former Employee) – New York, NY – January 4, 2018
This is a nice place to work. Good work life balance, but don't expect to hold a job long here as there are constantly restructures and changes within different departments. Lost a couple good friends back in 2016 due to department changes, then my position and several others were eliminated in 2017 due to department changes again. I should have seen it coming.
Also, its a French company so the culture is a little different than you would expect. Depending what team you are on and who is your manager your experience will vary.
34 year with variety of positions available to be. Never bored..found jobs to be fulfilling and challenging.
Executive Assistant (Former Employee) – Lawrenceburg, IN – November 8, 2017
My last position at Pernod Ricard was as Executive Assistant to V.P. of United States Operations. I had a variety of responsibilities which kept job interesting. No repetition from day to day; as a matter of fact a majority of my assignments were accomplished either daily, monthly or yearly. Had to be organized and able to plan ahead to accomplish my goals. The V.P. and his direct reports were great to work with and available for any problems.
The most enjoyable part of my job was having the respect of majority of 528 total employees. Also the joy of planning and executing award programs and events.
