1st phone interview was great! 2nd Interview was a 3 person interview panel at the plant. The position I interviewed for was for Operations in Holland, MI. Very intense and very formal. They stuck strictly to the Star/Behavior type format questions that most large corporations use. Did not deviate from it at all. I tried to ask them a couple questions during the process to lighten the mood and it seemed to upset one them. It by far was the strangest interview I have ever been on. If I was to give anyone advise. It would be to practice with someone behavior type questions before going to interview. VERY HARD & NOT FRIENDLY at all. Not one of them cracked a smile the entire time. I felt like I was being interviewed by the FBI.
I had a friend who worked there, so she recommended me. They hired me over the computer and sent me a contract to sign.

Multiple interviews with multiple people and questions. They are about an hour long. A lot of what if scenarios...

The interview process for me was intense. I tend to freeze up during interviews and am not able to sell my capabilities.
