Dream home health job!

There is not a day I get up that I dread going to work. The company is great other than their pay being a little less than competitive. The office staff just wants field clinicians to see patients and they've got the rest covered (scheduling, etc). Typical load is 6-10 for an LPN but if that overwhelms you, just tell them, they listen! Only on call from 8-4:30 on your weekend, usually you do not get called out and only have 1-2 routines. Generous PTO. Overall a great company, come see how it is for yourself.

Long but productive work days.

Days begin early and ends late. The long hours were most difficult part of the job. Working with the patients were the most rewarding part of the job. It was a very stressful place of employment. The company is a profit driven place of employment. Management was fair.

You make your own hours which is very important to me especially when you have small kids or your just looking for a pastime job a plus is that they don't obligate you to work weekemds

Great place to work

This is the second job that I have absolutely loved. Helping people is a rewarding job. Nurses really can change lives. I used to work in the hospital and the 12 hour shifts were grueling. Home health provided me a shorter work day, flexibility, better compensation, a sense of belonging.
