Legal Assistant/ Medical Records Specialist (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – February 15, 2018
There was always work that needed to be done so the work days did go by pretty fast. I did learn that sometimes less is more. I try to be a very detailed person and with this company there wasn't enough time to be that detailed. The management honestly believes they are fair. They do expect a lot from their employees and if they don't meet those requirements it seems as if they are quick to terminate but the benefits are rewarding. The hardest part of the job would be trying to get a response on what should be done or how the attorney would like to proceed. The attorney's time was almost always split very thin and in many cases I couldn't move forward in my duties without consultant with the attorney. The learning aspect of the job was the most enjoyable part.
Holiday parties were always nice.
Parking wasn't free and health insurance was negotiated.
Intern (Former Employee) – Grand Rapids, MI – January 20, 2018
I really enjoyed my time at the law office and discovered what is was really like to be a personal injury lawyer. However, in terms of a career path I could tell fairly early on that it wasn't going to be something that I was super interested in pursuing.
On an everyday basis, you learn more and more about personal injury laws. Working in this company will not only pay you weekly, but you will learn something new everyday. Weekends are closed and job hours are very flexible.
The most enjoyable part of my job was working with the clients. A lot of them are scared, injured and unable to work. I processed their claims as diligently as possible and built a strong relationship for the firm.
Attorney bully with staff as well as with insurance companies, some clients find this attorney too aggressive to work with.
