They would find you a job didn't matter where it was at. You would go to the job wearing what they tell you the job wants you to have on. If the company you went to likes you they would hire you in or they would not and would let you go, and they would find another place for you to go.
Production Worker (Former Employee) – Jackson, TN – November 7, 2017
it was okay but if you needed a day off you don't get payed and they have a problem with it. Overall, it's a great job to start off with if you just getting out of jail or prison. They did give you a chance to work.
Quality Technician for First Call (Current Employee) – Dyersburg, TN – June 25, 2017
Cant expect too much from a temp staffing agency in a town with limited positions. Do feel that they could pay better and do not have an online system for pay stubs. other than that, quick placement normally and friendly.
A typical day working for Personnel Placement would be working at a manufacturing facility 10 -12 hours a day 5-7 days weekly. I learned how to work safely and efficiently. The hardest part of my job was to actually get there on time due to distance traveled. The most enjoyable part of the job was having a job assignment to report to.
