It was a job
Information System Security Officer (Current Employee) - Herndon, VA - December 1, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by Indeed Pay was not competitive and tons of micromanaging mid level managers. Recruiter contacted me 2 years after I quit and asked if I would consider returning…it was a hard pass.

Miserable
Investigative Contact & Support Technician - Risk Decision Group (Former Employee) - Loveland, CO - November 7, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Defunct contract. No longer in business. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? All of it, especially management. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? On longer in business. No more to add. It’s a done deal. What is a typical day like for you at the company? No longer work there. Fired/laid off. Downsized just before the pandemic.

Decent work environment, lots of calls especially during covid, was there on contract, honestly the management wasn’t the best, would rate the job 6/10

It was a job
Engineer (Former Employee) - San Diego, CA - September 9, 2023
Not the best pay. Especially living in San Diego. I need received a raise even when I was rated as exceeding expectations. The work life balance was pretty good.

Was a good company to work for.
IT Service Desk Technician (Former Employee) - Norfolk, VA - May 15, 2023
Overall, I liked working there. It was a call center job that had paid training. It could get very hectic and overtime was pretty much mandatory unless you could provide a reason for why you couldn't do overtime. But the people I worked with were great. There was a lot of learning on the job so it was a great experience for someone starting out.
Cons
Mandatory overtime, short breaks.

Overall Decent Job
Desktop Support Technician (Former Employee) - San Antonio, TX - May 2, 2023
For a desktop support position, the work is fair, documentation and processes are generally good. The work can be a bit repetitive but that is to be expected in a call center job.

Network Engineer (Former Employee) - Remote - February 7, 2023
massive environment for contract I was on. kind of fun once you comprehend the scope and variety of devices and locations. this requirement is becoming ridiculous.

Average Call Center Job
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Montgomery, AL - December 2, 2022
Pay is good for a call center even for starters. Not much room for Advancement if you are looking to move up the ladder. Have to be flexible in work hours because schedules change frequently.

Not Helpful
Background Investigator (Former Employee) - Chantilly, VA - November 28, 2022
There was very little help from management with this job. Once you go through your 2 weeks of training you were set off on your own with very little guidance.

1 star
Field Delivery Lead (Former Employee) - Pearl Harbor, HI - November 2, 2022
What is the best part of working at the company? Nothing, the policies and procedures for the role I had was horrible. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Meeting deadlines, SLA's while understaffed without support from the company. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? There is none if you work on any NMCI project. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Dealing with customer complains as well as employee complaints for not having the proper resources to do their jobs.

Bait and switch
Operations Specialist (Former Employee) - Virginia - September 14, 2022
Company seemed nice, interviewed several times, things went well and I was offered the job. Prior to accepting this job, I negotiated being able to work one day a week from home. Manager agreed to this so I accepted the job. After I started my new job, on my 2nd day at the company, the hiring manager said “I found out the request was not approved that you could work one day per week from home. Sorry.” Needless to say this was very disappointing and I felt like I was misled. I had another colleague this happened to at the same company as well.

Underpaid, overworked, little opportunity
Support technician (Former Employee) - Boise, ID - July 27, 2022
Three years and they already sold to another tech support company. Turnover is crazy and even prior to covid were choosing to simply shrink teams rather than hire to fill the empty spots. A company of over 30,000 employees had only TWO program devs working on critical os updates. The support team had less then 20 manning phones and chat. Yet somehow there was enough management that a team would have up to 4 different managers to report to. Whole company was a mess and only got worse.

Similar to most vendors
Contractor (Former Employee) - Honolulu, HI - May 16, 2022
The job can be interesting but there is inconsistency in expectations. Case requirements vary depending on the Reviewer. The compensation has been stagnant for years but can be lucrative if you are in a good geographical area and very efficient. There are no coworkers and the life is pretty solitary.

Overwhelming Workplace with No Clear Advancement Opportunities
Business Analyst (Former Employee) - Plano, TX - April 15, 2022
The pay was decent, work times flexible, and people generally nice to work with; however, the work involved was overly obtuse and it often wasn't clear why we were doing what we were tasked with. There were many opportunities for us to request the fields in which we'd like to work and how we'd like to "grow" within the company. I was never given a single opportunity to pursue the areas I requested and when I'd ask it was always some way to brush it off.
Pros
Flexible work times

Couldn't really tell you
Data Maintenance Monitor (Former Employee) - Ft. Campbell KY - April 13, 2022
I was hired as a data maintenance monitor and as most contractor work goes; you can have a job one day and lose it the next. It is no fault of the company, but I was laid off months after being hired. I did not work near the HQ, so I did not get a feel for the "culture" but the people I worked around were great.

Not a Great Outlook
Applications Analyst (Former Employee) - Arlington, VA - March 1, 2022
Working here was just ok. There was no growth and no compensation. A lot of micro-management was involved, and I think the job would've worked better with more learning opportunities and exciting projects. There were also way too many meetings---nothing ever got done. Overall, it was a favoritism game and tedious, un-gratifying work.
Pros
Nice people
Cons
Micro-management, no growth, too many meetings

Great workplace!
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Alabama - February 24, 2022
The work environment is really laid back. You no longer have to log into so many systems before work, which is awesome! The new system used to complete an assignment is a bit complexed, but manageable. There is a lack of supervisor support on handling escalated calls or chats.
Pros
Team Parties and incentives
Cons
Call Volume, Micromanaging
