Leadership team is out of touch and practices are outdate. No room for autonomy or mistakes. Expect micro managing of everything you do including where you stand in the hallway and what you eat for lunch. School culture is non existent and discipline staff is unsupportive at best. Lots of racists undertones in the way staff talks about students and - more... even non white staff members. No breaks or work time as meetings are constantly scheduled even during your lunch period. They overwork staff and the teacher retention rate is horrible. - less
ConsNo breaks
