Work load does not match the pay.
My supervisor at Pet Pros was incredible. He was very good at helping the managers go through all the changes. The changes happened so often that corporate did not always filter the information out to the managers in a timely fashion. The overall environment was changing so much that it was hard to keep up with them. The pay did not match the work - more ... load. They had us doing everything from cleaning the bathrooms to trying to figure out our own IT issues. The corporate office is going from one manager in each store to one manager for two stores and the assistant managers are running the store ... - less
ProsVendor Trainings, great DM
ConsInconstant policies, no loyalty from employer to personnel.
