Great place to work if you like feeling short-staffed all the time.
Written by Sales Associate (Former Employee) from Mobile, AL on April 25, 2018
Every day as a Sales Associate, you start the day cleaning cages and feeding animals in about the span of 30 minutes. Then you'd go and count your drawer in before customers started pouring in. Sometimes if you're lucky, you'd go straight to working the floor and assisting customers. Most of the time I was tasked with unloading stock by myself. Sometimes - more ... the pallets would be stacked as high as 7 feet tall with boxes full of nit-pick items like toys and small items that you'd feel compelled to sort out before placing them on shelves so you wouldn't be all over the store unloading just one box. ... - less
ProsLaid-back work environment, cute pets, located in a strip mall so finding lunch was never hard.
ConsNo benefits, short hours, poor management
