Never got any bonuses pay sucks and they have no clue how to run grooming buss

They switched groomers to employees and since that it's just ridiculous they r trying to make it like a PetSmart and well especially my store people don't got money to pay ridiculous prices and gee no wonder there r so many people with matted dogs ...but it was great when I was an ic there doin my own grooming buss and well corperate ways just isn't how I fly and I never did like what coorperates r bout so I'm moving on to yes way better things and am furthering my career with 2 great people and also will b running my own buss again ...life is great
