Low pay. Low hours. High expectations but no accountability. Some people work their rear ends off and get paid less, while others barely do the minimum to get by and get paid more. Schedule is erratic, management can be catty and irresponsible. If you loved the drama of high school you'll like it here.
The payroll hours they allow week to week is so low! most days there only 2 to three partners working at a time! So you can't get your duties done! That's the main complaint from customers that no one there to help them! How with only at times with 2 people working!!!
No muzzle policy, so there was a chance everyday to get bit. the turn over rate was astounding. little forgiveness for poor decisions.
