Pay us 50% and above comission and and or hourly as was the terms before our big pay cuts. Hire someone who is a groomer to be the director of grooming operations and make sure the grooming budget is separate from the store budget.
Ensure management's personal bonuses DO NOT COME DIRECTLY from the store supply budget!!!!! Because then nothing ever gets fixed!

Do the training as promised. Do not hold back the employees you hire. Stop co-workers from being so negative and discouraging to your new guys. reinforce when something is done correctly and clearly state when it is not done to par and why.
