Senior Client Care Consultant (Former Employee) – Austin, TX – April 15, 2015
It would be hard to find a more challenging, fun work environment where you are are surrounded by people who care about you and the clients. The days fly by, and there all always opportunities to make improvements on the company's processes. Opportunities for advancement depend solely on company growth which has been present, but slow, so patience is required.

sales & support (Former Employee) – austin, TX – March 22, 2013
Where do I start. It is a very poorly managed company. "Senior" folks are in their 20's with little to no actual experience managing anything. Not much of a team environment. Everyone is out for themselves. When I first started, nothing was taught to me, I was expected to know everything. It is very hard to move up in the company. They seem to favor people for leadership positions who come from outside. Reorgs occur often which force high turnover rates.
unpaid customer calls nights and weekends, few benefits
customer relations (Current Employee) – central – May 26, 2013
Expect a lot of stress Pushy sales of over priced product customer relations supervision plays favorites micromanagement of everything customer relations management is discriminatory, upper management does nothing
some of the people actually care about pets, not just numbers you can find better service for much less
product too expensive, owners allow discriminatory customer relations supervision
