PSC has the potential to keep growing like they have been. When you go to the office, the CEO and upper management is very friendly, family-culture and open door policy. If you are a field employee, it's a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, there is annual pay increases, and opportunity to advance with the company with time or get hired on with the customer. For office/corp employees, the room for growth is limited even when it comes to pay increases. They do offer great benefits when it comes to their medical plans, vacation, etc.

They pay you decent and give you perks but you work around danger all day with other miserable people. You deserve better. There are more opportunities these days to pursue work that you love and these plant jobs are golden handcuffs of misery. Work here a little while if you have to but keep your expenses low and save as much money as possible to do something else and love your life. There are millions of people doing this currently and sticking it to these soulless companies.Just my two cents.

There is a lot of potential with this company to get on board and get some valuable hands on experience for the future! PSC can be a lifelong career with lots of growth opportunity, or get you experience you need to spring into the next step. PSC has a servant leadership mentality where employees come first!

Very tough demanding work with long hours in a horrible working conditioned environment. You are working with chemicals that can cause you serious harm and almost no one there acted like so when it came to working safely and not putting your health at risk to work fast. Management breathes down you neck and openly disrespects anyone below them, with the comfortability that they could fire you at any moment. Not a great feeling company to be apart of which is what till this day keeps me away from the manufacturing industry especially considering how underpaid the position is for the workload.

They took over our old company and made all the wrong changes, like no holiday pay or yearly bonus. Lured new hires with a promise of a wage increase after 90 days and didn’t honor it.
