Maybe not in Louisiana but in Houston they do it all depends on the felony and what was the nature of the crime too and how long ago it was andain thing if your up front with HR and explain what happened during the time of your offence just be honest is the best thing to do if you lie and the see it then no good its better to say that you have something that might hold you up during the hire process....
