Recruiter (Current Employee) – Chicago, IL – August 4, 2018
Unless you are friends with the right people, you seem to be left behind. They help out each other develop, find right candidates, and succeed. Group outings should be fun, but they make you feel unwelcome if you don't go out with them all the time, or if you are not a "top seller". Team work is only within a particular group that are friends with each other.
Possibilities of huge comission
Long Hours, "clicky" groups, hard to succeed without Proper help.
Motivating and fast paced workplace with great rewards for success
Private Wealth Management Recruiter (Former Employee) – New York, NY – June 2, 2018
For the most part, we all had the freedom to customize our own work day. However, even autonomy requires some sort of methodology and there were still certain things that could not be forgone. The managers for different teams were very good at playing both sides -- Mentor and Employee, which made it easy for us to create a daily routine that would yield the greatest reward.
Senior Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager (Former Employee) – New York, NY – May 16, 2018
This company is run by a team of managers with very little skill in that regard. They are certainly all great recruiters but that is where it ends. They are unfamiliar with how to teach new employees and certainly not understanding of how to grow a business past a certain point. It is obvious why the turnover numbers they claim when you start are significantly lower than what is seen day-to-day. Also very strict on punctuality and time spent working.
Principal Consultant (Former Employee) – New York, NY – November 21, 2017

Sales Manager (Former Employee) – New York, NY – August 31, 2017
Phaidon is a company that truly believe in their employees and will give someone that is hungry for success, motivated, and eager all of the tools they need to make it to the top and to excel within the company. They are supportive and will try to do whatever they can to hold on to their employees. The nature of the work is hard- it is not a job for everyone. In order to be successful here you have to have a true sales mentality and a resilience unlike any other.
