This place is something special!
Everything feels so good here from the classroom vibes and families to leadership and support, unlike any other center I’ve ever worked at in my 10 years in ECE. We are all a part of something special here and you can feel it, it’s more than just an early learning center we are really supporting families and it’s so fun and refreshing to see a company take a step forward and say we can do more and we can do better! The leadership team has and is always stepping into rooms for full or partial days to help with the industry wide staffing shortage so not only are they working twice as hard sometimes but they truly understand classroom needs and work to help teachers in so many ways from paying for CDA programs to hearing where we need support and make it happen. The teachers I work with are great and love the feeling of knowing we are being treated like professionals. The team work from the teachers help to support each other is truly amazing. The curriculum phase foundations is so fun and school wide. All our supplies are ready for our rooms each month and we have a pleather of supplies for our rooms and the extracurricular rooms are great to help the kids explore art, STEM, culinary and sports. And it’s awesome to get out of the classroom during the long days! They seem to happy and fulfilled on their learning! I wish I could explain the feeling of being here, you have to come see it for yourself!

You can find better
You will be overworked, undervalued, underpaid, and misled working anywhere at this company. If you enjoy being complacent, comfortable, and not eager to have new ideas then you will love it here. Management does not know what they are doing. Misleading parents/customers constantly about this place in order to make themselves look good. Teachers and staff are always coming and going, cannot keep people for long

A Breath Of Fresh Air
After leaving a job where I was spread them and thinking of leaving teaching, Phase has been the biggest blessing in my career. Admin truly care about their employees and they genuinely want to hear your concerns and how they can solve it. Of course every job has their small issues, such as being understaffed, but admin has been pushing through it. Sometimes I forget you’re understaffed due to admin always stepping in rooms and taking over the positions that need to be filled. Staff have made me feel like family, and the parents of my students are always letting us know how much they appreciate the work we do. I’m also opening more opportunities like working toward my CDA and learning from my amazing lead teacher. Everyone is trying their best and in the end we’re all doing our job and taking good care of the children that attend Phase.

Extremely fun and rewarding place to work!
Phase is the most fun place to work! While you’re in a high stress environment the staff and families make it worth every minute. The teachers are well taken care of supported, and appreciated for their long days.

Wish I was Appreciated!!
Phase is a beautiful place to work they just need more staff and to care a little more. I love my classroom and my children and their parents. It’s a great school it just needs to be a more caring vibe. Sometimes I feel as though they feel we work there so we just have to do our job with no complaints. We are all human and we need to be shown we are loved and appreciated. Management is super cool but there is only so much they can do.
