Phelps in general has much potential to move forward and grow, however the ED is in disarray! Poorly managed. Incompetence and ineffectiveness to manage staff is replaced by retaliation and sabotage. What does it say when the new Nursing Supervisor resigns after her three month orientation!?! To go back to her former employer! She's like the fourth Supervisor in as many years. Little to no respect or appreciation for techs. Fabricated write ups are a major tool used to keep staff from transferring out of department. Senior Mental Health Worker (Current Employee) – Sleepy Hollow, NY – December 23, 2017
The atmosphere was very family orientated. My manager was great, coworker very professional. Very nice place to work, sad I have to relocate... While walking threw the hall everyone spoke and was very helpful and friendly. The CEO made it a point to become familiar with all employees, he is very approachable and his office door was always open to hear new ideas or even help with a workplace situations. I WILL REALLY MISS THIS PLACE!!
